Turn on the switch on the side of the timer. The screen will first display --- and then show 3 numbers. This number indicates the battery level (percentage). Wait for 2 seconds, and the timer will enter the working mode. 2. After installing the bracket, point the light of the timer at the reflector to start using it. 3. When the athlete crosses the light for the first time, the timer starts counting and the numbers begin to count. When the athlete crosses the light again, the counting stops, and the final time is displayed. Note: 1. Do not point the light beam at eyes. 2. The distance between the reflector and the timing light must be at least 5 meters. 3. The timer has an anti misfire mechanism. Triggering the light within 1 second after the timer starts will be invalid. The interval between two triggers must be at least 1 second. 4. Do not use a fast charger to charge this product (chargers are usually labeled with 6V, 9V, or 12V; do not use these voltages).
